Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC sales, maintenance, or training.
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Willingness to travel about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC training programs for sales and service teams.
• Lead hands-on workshops for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Train technicians on product features, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Assess trainees with quizzes and simulations; provide feedback.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor content.
