One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Frisco, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Training & Technical Supervisor to develop apprentices and enhance the technical capabilities of our service technicians. This hands-on field role focuses on coaching, live diagnostics, and field-based training to ensure high-quality service and technical excellence.

It is not an office position and requires ongoing field presence and leadership.

Qualificações

• 7–10+ years of residential HVAC field experience.
• Extensive residential service and diagnostic experience.
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Universal Certification and TDLR license.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ride-alongs with apprentices and technicians.
• Provide hands-on instruction during service calls and diagnostics.
• Coach technicians to improve diagnostic accuracy.
• Lead twice-weekly classroom training sessions (Mon/Thu).
• Evaluate apprentices and track development levels.
• Oversee truck inspections and inventory control.
• Provide on-site field support when needed.
