Job summary

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Training & Technical Supervisor to develop apprentices and strengthen the technical capabilities of our service technicians.

This hands-on, field-based role focuses on technical excellence, coaching on live service calls, conducting ride-alongs, and ensuring proper diagnostic procedures across the team. Weekly salary plus performance-based commission supports growth and recognises contribution.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of residential HVAC field experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and Texas HVAC license.
• Strong leadership and field-training skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex HVAC problems and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ride-alongs and coaching for apprentices and technicians.
• Provide on-site technical support and remote escalation.
• Develop structured classroom training twice weekly (Mon/Thu).
• Evaluate technician progress and maintain safety and procedures.
• Manage truck and inventory accountability.
• Oversee field deployment with emphasis on technical excellence.
