Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager for Austin, TX. You will grow dealer networks, manage accounts, and drive volume and gross margin in a local market.

You will collaborate with branch teams, stay current on HVAC products, and maintain CRM activity, call histories, and targeted sales plans. The role requires at least five years of HVAC sales experience and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the HVAC industry.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work remotely while being local to Austin, TX.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC products, services and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of dealers.
• Target and sign-up dealers within territory.
• Sell products through active communication about launches, services, prices, and discounts.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain CRM call histories and reporting.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on product features and design guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have information on promotions, billing, returns, etc.
• Reach out to customers to gauge satisfaction with products and services.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
• Expand knowledge of company products and features.
• Follow work instructions and company policies.
