Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of sales experience, HVAC preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and client retention.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand needs and present solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve issues.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance and provide reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
