Meier Supply Co., Inc. in Buffalo is seeking a passionate Territory Manager to grow our residential HVAC presence.

You’ll build consultative relationships with contractors, promote LG Ductless, Ecoer and Weatherking, expand dealer networks, and represent top brands in a people‑focused employee‑owned environment. This role requires 3+ years of outside sales, excellent presentation skills, self-direction, strong customer service, and the ability to develop business relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent formal presentation skills.
• Self-driven, highly motivated and organized.
• Proven ability to develop and foster business relationships.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with HVAC contractors and dealers.
• Promote LG Ductless, Ecoer and Weatherking equipment in the assigned territory.
• Grow sales with existing dealers and onboard new ones.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan for dealer networks.
• Maintain a 4-day schedule of customer calls and use CRM to track activities.
• Communicate with HVAC Division Manager and Branch Managers; provide updates on sales progress.
