Job summary

US Air Conditioning Distributors in Phoenix, AZ seeks a driven Territory Manager - Commercial Project Sales Engineer. The role focuses on growing business with existing customers and developing new business in residential and commercial sectors.

You will be the technical expert, helping engineers, contractors, and building owners with consultative sales and energy-saving solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction/Physics engineering and 3–5 years of HVAC

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or Physics Engineering or Science.
3-5 years of technical sales experience, HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth understanding of commercial product offerings.
Support external customers with technical commercial issues and quotes for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
Create and deliver technical presentations to cater to customers' needs.
Offer energy- and cost-saving alternative solutions.
Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and margins.
Coach an inside sales team to execute projects.
Handle order entry and shipment tracking as needed.
Provide post-sale support.
