Job summary

N&S Supply of Fishkill, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager based in Danbury, CT to develop and manage customer accounts within a defined territory. You will build relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and work with the inside sales team to hit targets.

The role covers Western CT and parts of Eastern NY, with travel to job sites and customer offices. Base salary plus earned commissions, with a strong first-year earning potential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and heating products.
• Ability to sit for long periods, especially in a vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Technical understanding in the industry is preferred.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites and customer locations; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers.
• Recruit new customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations for customers.
• Visit job sites and customers’ offices.
• Communicate sales forecasts and industry changes internally.
• Create and present customer quotes.
• Work with Purchasing and Vendors to prepare job quotes.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales to write and complete customer orders.
