Job summary

N&S Supply in Danbury, CT is seeking a Territory Manager to grow and manage customer accounts across Western CT and parts of Eastern NY. You will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and work with the inside sales team to achieve targets.

This full-time field role offers a base salary plus commissions, with an expected $70,000–$120,000 in the first year if goals are met. The position requires travel to job sites and customer offices, plus strong product knowledge and outstanding

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC and heating products.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers.
• Recruit new customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Prepare and conduct sales presentations for customers.
• Visit job sites and customers’ offices.
• Communicate sales forecasts and industry changes internally.
• Create and present customer quotes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Vendors to write and complete orders.
• Work with Inside Sales to write and complete customer orders.
