Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Northeast Arkansas operations, remotely located but local to Jonesboro. You will plan, grow, and manage a base of dealers to drive volume, revenue, and margin while promoting COD products and services.

This role requires strong sales skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to operate with limited supervision. Responsibilities include signing up dealers, expanding sales with launches and promotions,

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a plan to grow dealers and revenue.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with CRM and office software for tracking calls, visits and quotes.
• Ability to build relationships and generate new business through a sales plan.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• HVAC product knowledge and market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, and grow a dealer base within the territory.
• Sign-up dealers and expand partnerships in Northeast Arkansas.
• Sell products and services by communicating benefits and discounts.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin targets.
• Document calls and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with branch teams to drive sales growth.
• Develop action plans to meet targets weekly.
