Job summary

Gemaire Distributors, LLC, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks a Territory Account Manager for the Charleston, SC area. You will build contractor relationships, sell the full product range, and maintain a growing customer base within an assigned territory.

You will be responsible for consultative selling, meeting weekly activity goals, and collaborating with vendors to drive opportunities. A strong field sales mindset and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/marketing experience in HVAC distribution.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• CRM experience and use of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop contractor relationships to sell and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales budgets through consultative selling.
• Generate new business and grow market share in the Charleston SC area.
• Provide timely follow-up and exceptional service to customers.
• Attend dealer meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
• Work with vendor partners to identify opportunities and deliver value.
