Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to plan, grow, and manage a dealer network of approx. 50 core dealers. You will drive volume, nurture relationships, and communicate launches, pricing, and programs to dealers.

The role requires strong sales, communication, and CRM skills, with a focus on maintaining margins and expanding market share across the Utah territory. Collaborative, goal-driven, and detail-oriented candidates will fit well.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 dealers in the territory.
• Target and sign-up dealers within the assigned territory.
• Communicate product launches, services, prices, programs and discounts to dealers.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches.
• Develop action plans to meet or exceed targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on product features, benefits, performance, and design guidelines.
