Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas, TX region, working remotely but local to Garland. The role focuses on planning, growing, and maintaining a dealer base while promoting COD products and services.

You will drive sales, manage relationships with dealers, and ensure customers receive up-to-date information on promotions and product launches, all while achieving revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, and grow a base of ~50 dealers in the assigned territory.
• Sign-up dealers within the territory and build sales through active communication.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin; manage CRM call history.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales in the branches.
• Develop action plans to meet sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on product features and guidelines.
• Inform customers about promotions, launches, billing, returns, and changes.
