Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Texas operations group, located remotely, but local to our Lubbock, TX branches.

You will plan, organize, maintain and grow a dealer base, ensuring dealers are informed about COD products and services. The role requires strong sales skills, HVAC knowledge and the ability to work with branch teams to expand sales while maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a base of ~50 dealers within territory.
• Sign-up dealers within territory and build sales through active communications about launches, services, prices, programs.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin; keep accurate CRM call history.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet targets on a weekly basis.
• Be the channel expert on product features and design guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have information on promotions, billing, returns, etc.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and competitive activity; expand knowledge of company products.
