Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HVAC systems experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Industrial/commercial HVAC operation knowledge and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine repair strategies.
• Coordinate with occupants and other groups to minimize lab disruption.
• Record labor, materials, and status in CMMS Maximo daily.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with Facilities Management.
