Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• VA Journeyman HVAC license preferred.
• OSHA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician for all mission-critical mechanical services under contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on HVAC equipment (air/water-cooled chillers, boilers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs).
• Work with DDC, pneumatic, and VFD controls and building automation software.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
• Travel up to 50% to job sites as required.
