Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and construction.
• Experienced in the use of hand and power tools, gauges, and equipment used in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License.
• Valid Driver’s license and two years of driving experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of HVAC construction methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• 40% - HVAC Systems Repair, Maintenance, and Alterations: Ensure repairs meet professional standards and comply with code.
• 40% - HVAC Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and document PM inspections and corrective actions.
• 15% - Work Administration: Complete work orders and communicate status to supervisor.
• 5% - Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
