Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems. Under supervision, you will work with customers to resolve issues, schedule service, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years of experience.
• Valid licensing or certification as required for the area (HVAC).
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure status and availability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proper documentation.
