Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician I to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems in Rochester, NY. The role requires EPA/safety certifications and a strong customer-service focus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years’ experience.
• EPA certification and safety certifications required.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and promote services.
• Perform routine maintenance and system diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Balance airflow and ensure proper startup for HVAC systems.
• Maintain parts and paperwork; communicate status to dispatch and customers.
• Commit to safe, professional service and customer satisfaction.
