Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a residential/commercial HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain equipment, communicating with the customer to ensure satisfaction and promote services. Location: 1260 Scottsville Rd Ste. 102, Rochester, NY 14624.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 0–2+ years’ experience required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment and related accessories.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment to complete service work; record information on a handheld device.
