Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under general supervision out of our East Syracuse, NY location.

You will perform service calls, communicate with customers, and promote company products and services while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• Valid licensing or certification as required by laws for the area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments.

Responsabilités

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required.
• Uses handheld device to record all required information and collects payment from customer.
• Communicates with dispatch to ensure accurate status of activities and availability.
• Represents the company professionally and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
