CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician in Georgia to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, including ventilation, boilers, and environmental controls. The role requires reading blueprints and working with various trades, with on-call flexibility and a focus on safety and customer service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC equipment and trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance.
• Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Certifications may be required.
• Self-motivated team player with multitasking and prioritization; strong communication with clients.
• Driver's license valid and in state.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance on existing HVAC equipment.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and equipment (motors, pumps, belts, fans, VAV, etc.).
• Maintains safe operation of systems and environmental controls.
• Diagnoses problems using inspection/testing and proper tools.
• Learn facility layouts and operating procedures for environmental controls.
• Escorts subcontractors during their work at the site.
• Performs additional preventive and corrective maintenance as directed.
• Keeps work area clean and safe; completes required safety and training.
