CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking a capable General Trades Technician to join our maintenance team in Georgia. You will perform routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, ensuring safe, reliable facilities.

Join a responsive maintenance group that values hands-on problem solving, compliance with safety standards, and timely service delivery. You will operate CMMS work orders, follow PPE guidelines, and support on-call coverage as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in building repairs and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines and buildings in good condition.
• Read blueprints and repair manuals to determine tasks and parts.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety procedures.
• On-call as needed and train other technicians as required.
