Job summary

CGL is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems at client sites, including boilers, air handling units, VAV, and related equipment.

The role requires reading blueprints, using CMMS for work orders and documentation, on-call availability, adherence to safety standards, and ability to interact with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and document work in CMMS.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including boilers, VAVs and air handling units.
• Adhere to safety procedures and local codes; inspect completed work for conformance.
• Interact effectively with clients and teammates; provide guidance as needed.
• May be required to participate in on-call shifts.
