CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems across client facilities in the United States. The role requires reading blueprints, using CMMS for work orders, and maintaining equipment such as VAVs, AHUs, and boilers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• DL Number and in-state Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC equipment including VAVs and AHUs.
• Maintains safe operation of systems and environmental controls.
• Reads and understands facility design/layout and operating procedures.
