Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on client HVAC systems, read blueprints, and document work in the CMMS. You will work on equipment such as boilers, VAVs, air handling units, and related components, ensuring safe and compliant operation across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance on HVAC systems per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC equipment including VAVs, AHUs, pumps and fans.
• Maintains safe operation of systems and adheres to safety procedures.
• Documents all work in CMMS and ensures compliance with codes.
