Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and some corrective maintenance on client HVAC systems in Jonesboro, GA. The role requires reading blueprints, operating CMMS, and ensuring safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid in-state driver’s license. On-call shifts may be required, with full-time employment and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• DL number – valid in-state driver’s license.
• Willing to work on-call shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC machinery including boilers, air handling units and related equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with codes and client standards.
• Document work in CMMS and complete required inspections and testing.
• Familiarize with facility systems layout and operating procedures.
