Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an HVAC Technician in Pennington, NJ to operate, maintain, repair, and install critical HVAC and mechanical systems within a regulated facility environment.

You will handle air handling units, refrigeration equipment, VAV systems, controls, and electrical components, ensuring safety, efficiency and occupant comfort while adhering to EPA and NJ rules. The role runs Monday–Friday with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in commercial/industrial/critical facilities.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, mechanical equipment and building controls.
• EPA refrigerant certification.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and control schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems including motors, VFDs, and control wiring.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (air handling units, DX systems, VAVs, hot water systems).
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps, valves, piping, filters, and related equipment.
• Maintain refrigerant inventory and compliance with EPA and NJ regulations.
• Troubleshoot BAS, pneumatic/electronic controls, VFDs, and HVAC motors and electrical components.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and components (motors, pumps, compressors, bearings, seals, control systems).
• Support critical labs by maintaining fume hoods and biosafety cabinets.
• Follow safety procedures, complete work permits and JSA, and ensure codes and regs compliance.
