Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across assigned sites. You will manage preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and efficiency while minimizing downtime.

The role requires multi-skilled capabilities in HVAC/electrical disciplines, proficiency with building automation systems, and a commitment to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalence.
• Two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Four years' experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trades.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Operate building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions affecting occupancy.
• Record equipment readings and adjust operations for proper performance.
