Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an HVAC Technician for an on-site role in Malvern, PA. The candidate will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of base building and critical system machinery, including pumps, boilers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, RTUs, and related systems.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years of relevant experience and an EPA universal license. Residence in the United States is required; a valid driver’s license is also needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• EPA universal license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes installation, repair, and maintenance of base building and critical system machinery.
• Performs maintenance requests with minimal disruption.
• Supports preventative maintenance on pumps, boilers, chillers, and AHUs/FCUs/RTUs.
• Orders parts and maintains inventory for repairs and new equipment.
• Maintains safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
