Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• EPA universal license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes installation, repair, and maintenance of base building and critical system machinery and equipment.
• Performs maintenance requests with minimal disruption.
• Checks malfunctioning equipment and determines corrective actions.
• Supports preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, boilers, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, RTUs, and related systems.
• Orders parts and materials and maintains inventory.
• Adheres to safety and hazardous materials handling policies.
• Ensures inventory of tools and supplies is adequate.
• Other duties as assigned.
