Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction across residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HVAC and appliance repair experience, owns tools and a reliable vehicle, holds a valid US driver’s license, and can work independently. EPA Certification for HVAC techs is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC and appliance repair experience.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to work independently.
• EPA Certification for HVAC technicians (mandatory).
• Must be located in the US.
• Must complete onboarding interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
