Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory under new refrigerant regulations).
• Must own tools and have a reliable vehicle.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
