Job summary

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with managers and partners to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires state HVAC certification, EPA 608, and a valid driver’s license; on-call rotations are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and 2 years in mechanical maintenance or building controls.
• Option 1: 4 years in mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Option 2: 2 years store experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants.
• Commercial driving record with limited violations in last years.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance, inspections, and parts usage.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to ensure safe operations.
