Qualifications

• HVAC certification and 2 years’ maintenance or construction‑related field experience.
• Option 1: 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Option 2: 2 years’ store experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification for refrigerants.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No major traffic violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, related building equipment, ductwork, and control components.
• Configure and calibrate direct digital controls, building automation systems, and low‑ambient HVAC applications.
• Interpret layout plans, schematics, and technical documentation to guide installation and ensure codes compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control‑related issues affecting HVAC equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Conduct system inspections and verify proper operation of HVAC components.
• Coordinate maintenance or repairs under supervision; follow safety procedures and documentation.
• Communicate with facility operators and partners regarding service needs and status.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and manage workloads via digital tools and scheduling systems.
