Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required and 2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/building controls.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, related equipment, ductwork and control components.
• Configure and calibrate building automation and direct digital control systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Conduct system inspections and verify proper operation of HVAC components.
