Job summary

Walmart is seeking an onsite HVAC technician to install, maintain, and calibrate HVAC systems and building controls across multiple facilities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while coordinating repairs with managers and technicians.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in mechanical maintenance, HVAC certification, and EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or equivalent technical training.
• At least 2 years in mechanical maintenance or related trades.
• Experience with building controls and HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and building controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and document maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate service calls and on-call rotations as required.
