Job summary

Walmart in San Marcos, TX seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to install, service, and maintain building systems. You will interpret plans, calibrate controls, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs under supervision.

This role requires HVAC certification and EPA 608, valid license, and the ability to work across multiple facilities. You will join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability, including on-call rotations and driving a company vehicle

Qualifications

• HVAC certification plus EPA Section 608 certification and driving license.
• Minimum two years in mechanical maintenance or related field.
• Experience with controls, direct digital controls, and building automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems and building controls.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs to meet safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with operators and management to schedule work orders.
• Operate company vehicle and participate in on-call rotations.
