Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an HVAC Technician in Little Rock, AR to perform energy efficiency tune ups and verifications across a defined territory. You will serve as the local on-site program representative and provide technical guidance and training per client specifications.

The role requires EPA Type Universal certification and likely travel; a valid driver’s license is required, and a company vehicle is provided. Positions involve in-person work with HVAC equipment across commercial settings.

Qualifications

• High school or GED with relevant industry certification/training preferred; EPA Type Universal required.
• EPA Type Universal certification is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C tune ups.
• Train field staff and develop training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a HVAC Technician! As a HVAC Technician you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory. *company vehicle provided*

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
