Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a HVAC Technician to serve as the on-site program and company representative for commercial customers. You will perform energy-efficiency HVAC maintenance tune-ups, pre- and post-installation verifications, and gather technical data within a defined territory, with frequent travel from Little Rock, AR.

You will train field staff and provide guidance per client specifications. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED with relevant certification, EPA Type Universal,

• High school diploma or GED; relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.
• EPA Type Universal required.
• Possesses ability to work in varied climates and environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel within defined territory.
• DOT qualifications may apply depending on role and location.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance tune-ups and verification for commercial customers.
• Provide technical advice and training on installation, adaptation, or enhancement per client specs.
• Travel within defined territory; on-site representation for CLEAResult.
• Train field staff and develop training materials and guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of energy-efficiency upgrades; report findings to program staff.
