Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an HVAC Journeyman to act as the local on-site program and company representative for commercial customers. The role involves energy‑efficiency tune-ups, pre/post installations, and data collection within a defined territory.

A company vehicle is provided and frequent travel in Oklahoma is expected. Qualifications include an Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License and EPA Type Universal License, with a High School diploma or GED and relevant technical training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant industry certification/training preferred.
• Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License is required.
• EPA Type Universal License is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C tune-ups.
• Work with a team to deliver a defined number of tune-ups per day.
• Operate advanced tune-up technology, loggers and other essential tools.
• Provide input and status updates regarding project scope and effectiveness of products.
• Identify, analyze and resolve issues with technical expertise.

Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Compensation Range $59,500.00 - $89,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
