Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a HVAC Journeyman to serve as a local on-site program and company representative for commercial and residential customers in the Fort Smith, AR area. You will conduct energy efficiency HVAC maintenance tune ups and verifications with travel within a defined territory. A company vehicle is provided.

Must live in Fort Smith, AR area. Qualified candidates have an Arkansas Mechanical Journeyman License and EPA Type Universal License; high school diploma or GED with relevant

As a HVAC Journeyman you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial and residential customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Physical Nature of the Job Work in all climates Ability to stand for long periods of time, possibly on ladders Bending, crouching, kneeling Type of Work Ability to work in-person in Commercial and Residential environments with HVAC Equipment This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Seasonal working hours may vary Driving Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard Are at least 21 years of age We will be providing a CLEAResult vehicle for this position This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license,andindividuals provided a conditional offer of employment mustsuccessfully pass adrugtest and maintain a clean driving recordas an ongoing requirement for continued employment. Compensation Range

$59,500.00 - $89,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example. CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
