Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a HVAC Technician to serve as the local on-site company representative for commercial customers. You will conduct energy efficiency HVAC maintenance tune-ups, pre- and post-installation verifications, and other data gathering activities within a defined territory.

You will travel frequently, train staff, and provide technical guidance per client specifications. The role requires residence in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a company vehicle provided for territory travel.

Qualifications

• High school or GED with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.
• EPA Type Universal (required)

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups and energy efficiency upgrades.
• Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation and configuration per client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products.
• Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

Education

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a HVAC Technician! As a HVAC Technician you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory. *company vehicle provided*

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00
