Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone to dealers and sales professionals.
• Conduct on-site job visits when necessary.
• Conduct Dealer Training for dealers.
• Maintain regular contact with regional managers for training discussions.
• Perform required duties with excellent time management skills.
• Lead the industry in proficiency of new technology and HVAC equipment.
