Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor for our Long Island City team, with in-office and field responsibilities. You will lead service technicians, provide advanced HVAC troubleshooting, and support startups, commissioning, and complex repairs.

Responsibilities include reviewing service opportunities, mentoring technicians, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting preventive maintenance and service agreements in a large, global HVAC organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with HVAC certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• 2–4 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for service technicians and SSRs.
• Provide advanced HVAC troubleshooting and field support.
• Review service opportunities and develop technical solutions.
