Job summary

Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, invites a seasoned HVAC professional to join our Jacksonville team. You will develop technical sales guidelines, provide field and customer training, and assist branch and account managers in closing sales with large dealers.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC field service experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50%. A high school diploma is required, with a BA/AA preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/AA in related field preferred.
• 5+ years HVAC field service experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for local, state, and regional work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop guidelines and tools to meet growing demand for technical sales.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and employees.
• Create a NATE training program and implement technical training for customers and staff.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities with larger dealers and provide training.
• Develop warranty processes and unit exchanges to improve service and reduce costs.
• Track warranty failure rates and training program reach; report regularly.
• Support branches in becoming leading NATE testing centers.
