Job summary

You will train, document, and troubleshoot, mentoring others while improving product reliability; on-site work in Cedarburg with 10–20% travel for trainings. This role emphasizes reducing physical demands and sharing field know-how.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC/R field service experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Confident with refrigeration cycle and psychrometrics.
• Reading wiring diagrams/P&IDs and diagnosing control circuits with a meter.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support guiding contractors through troubleshooting of airflow, superheat, sensors, safeties, and control circuits.
• Lead small-group trainings for start-up/commissioning, best practices, and diagnostic workflows.
• Capture case notes, write service bulletins, keep manuals up to date, and coordinate with Engineering/Production on recurring issues.
• Recommend parts, create concise quotes and RMAs, and document root causes.
