Job summary

Munters is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites and repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment. You will diagnose malfunctions, provide customer training, and submit detailed service reports, working independently with strong diagnostic skills.

The role requires HVAC/R experience, EPA Universal/608 certification, and the ability to travel extensively (80%).

Qualifications

• HVAC/R trade knowledge and EPA Universal/608 certification required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial HVAC.
• Ability to travel 80% and travel by plane.
• English language primary.
• Able to obtain CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and support.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions on HVAC equipment.
• Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment.
• Submit detailed field service reports with technical feedback.
• Communicate professionally with customers in a service-oriented manner, in person, in writing and on the phone.
• Promote sales and service on company equipment.
