BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our US team, remote (Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred). Must be located in the Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone to maximize collaboration.

The role centers on headhunting HVAC technicians nationwide. The candidate will build a strong HVAC talent network, source, interview, and negotiate offers while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct HVAC recruitment experience.
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting nationwide in US.
• Strong knowledge of EEO/OFCCP and HR practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a HVAC talent network across business units.
• Source, interview, negotiate, and hire candidates.
• Manage candidate workflows in ATS and maintain data integrity.
• Travel nationally as needed.
