Qualifications

• Option 1: 4 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
• Option 2: 2 years’ store experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, building controls, and related components.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues and perform repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Adhere to safety standards and document maintenance and parts usage.
